FAQs
Why Choose Aeration Club?
For several reasons. We’re reliable, and we take our time doing the job right every visit. We never rush, and we stand by our work! If you’re ever unsatisfied, just let us know—we’ll come back and make it right. We’re locally trusted with a 5-Star rating on Google, and we’re fully insured so you’re protected!
What If My Lawn Is Overgrown?
If your grass is over 6 inches tall, we may not be able to service it with our equipment, but we can mow it for you for an extra charge.
Should I Aerate My Lawn?
Absolutely! Aeration is one of the best things you can do for a healthy, lush lawn. We use a core aerator to remove small soil plugs (2–3 inches deep), which helps:
Loosen compacted soil.
Improve air, water, and nutrient absorption.
Promote deep, strong root growth.
Support beneficial microbes in the soil.
What Happens on Rainy Days?
We may still service your lawn if it’s light rain. However, in the case of heavy rain or severe weather, we’ll reschedule your service to the next available day. In extreme cases, weather delays may push back service for the entire week.
Do I Need to Secure My Pets?
We love dogs! For safety reasons, we recommend keeping pets indoors or in a secured area on your scheduled service day. While we make every effort to close gates, we cannot be responsible for pet security. Also, as a courtesy to our crew, please clean up after your pets the day before service.
What Should I Do If There’s a Problem with My Service?
If something isn’t right, please notify us within 24 hours of your scheduled service. If reported within this timeframe, we’ll return to fix the issue. If too much time passes, we’ll make a note of the issues in our system, and review it before our next scheduled service. When too much time passes, it becomes difficult to determine what went wrong.
What If My Property Gets Damaged?
If you notice damage that may have been caused by us, contact us within 24 hours of your last service. We will assess the situation and either repair the damage or find a fair resolution.
Do you carry liability insurance?
Yes, you are protected.
Do You Collect The Thatch Removed From My Lawn?
Yes, we collect it as a part of the service, and leave the bagged thatch with you to properly dispose of, which usually fits in a standard garbage container. We do not haul it away.
